Mind spas offer therapeutic and emotional cleansing, including guided meditation, therapeutic group offloading and exploration and a closing mindfulness activity.

A favourite Headroom event has been Breathe & Bubbles – a session including a guided meditation to help you feel truly calm, followed by plenty of time for relaxing conversation over a glass of Cava (or soft drink) along with some light snacks.

For our younger participants, Headroom offers mindful family fun and nature play. In a busy world full of hectic schedules and technology, take some time out to reconnect with your family and with the natural world, taking part in some inspiring nature crafts and activities.
